Every job the AI can do has three settings. You pick one for each job.
Off
The job is switched off. The AI does not touch it, and your team does it the way they do today.
Suggest
The AI gets the work ready and a person says yes or no. This is how almost everything starts.
Alone
A small number of jobs can be switched to run by themselves, such as the morning cleaning plan. You choose which ones.
- Most jobs can only ever suggest. There is no switch that lets them run alone.
- A finance approval is never done by the AI. A person approves money, at every setting.
- Anything it drafts that touches money, guests or rooms can wait for your yes, in one approvals inbox.
- Guest replies are different, so we say it plainly. Once you switch them on, the AI writes and sends them by itself.
- Review replies are the same. Once you switch them on, the AI writes and posts them by itself.
- Every action it takes is written to a log you can read.

What it will not do.
It does not approve money.
The AI can read an invoice, suggest where it belongs and point out an odd expense. The approval is always a person's.
It does not answer on every channel.

It does not check a guest in.
A person does that, or the guest does it on their own phone or at the kiosk. The AI only chases missing ID.
