3Door codes never show on the kiosk. They go to the guest by message.
What it does

Three jobs, every day.

01

One QR for arrivals.

One hotel QR code opens a guest page on the guest's own phone. This is the default way to arrive. There is nothing to buy.

02

Checks in before arrival.

Guests send their details and ID ahead of time. The ID check rejects blurry photos and photos with no face.

03

Kiosk on your tablet.

Kiosk mode runs on any tablet you own. Guests with a booking check in, and walk-ins book, pay and stay.

Who does what

The AI works.
You stay the boss.

The AI does

  • Chases guests whose ID is still missing. By default it only suggests the reminder. You can let it run by itself.
  • It does not check anyone in. The guest or your staff do that, never the AI.
  • Writes every action it takes to the log.

You decide

  • Whether to use the QR code, the kiosk, or both.
  • Whether the ID chaser only suggests or runs by itself.
  • What to do when an ID does not match. It is flagged for your staff.
  • Whether to add smart locks, with your own lock account.

already use.

Locks and payments

Smart locks are an add-on. Your hotel connects its own lock account and maps its doors. Door codes go to the guest by message. The kiosk takes card payments.
