Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the ASPIXR websites and software services operated by WOLODGE Global Holdings LLC (“WOLODGE”, “we”). By using ASPIXR you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. The service

ASPIXR is business software for hotels. Paid subscriptions, AI Credits / Work Packs, and related billing are charged by WOLODGE. Guest stay payments taken via a hotel’s Stripe Connect account are between the guest and the hotel.

2. Accounts

You must keep login credentials secure and provide accurate organisation and billing information. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices, fraud, or misuse.

3. Payments

Subscription and Work Pack charges are processed by Stripe. Fees, included AI Credits, and cancellation timing are described at purchase and in our Refund policy. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use ASPIXR for unlawful activity.
