No. ASPIXR records money. It does not move your money.
Can the AI approve a bill or a payment?
No. A finance approval is never done by the AI. It waits for a person, whatever your settings are.
Does it connect to my accounting software?
We do not claim a direct link today. You can bring in bank files as CSV or Excel, and export a pack for your accountant.
Is there company-level finance with approval rules?
Not for hotels yet. Company-level finance and approval rules are planned for Portfolio. Hotel finance, month close and group profit and loss work today.
