Straight answers on cost
Do I pay extra for each module?
No. ASPIXR is one subscription for the whole hotel operating system. PMS, revenue management, channel manager, booking engine, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, guest messaging, self check-in, and finance are all included — never sold as separate paid add-ons.
Is the calculator showing the exact subscription price?
Yes. ASPIXR uses fixed per-room pricing with a $249 monthly minimum, so the calculator shows the exact monthly software price for the room count you select. The included AI Credits also update exactly by room count. Staff-time hours and staff-equivalent figures are illustrative estimates of AI agent and automation workload — not a salary comparison.
Is there a free tier?
No. ASPIXR is a premium paid platform positioned as a fraction of the staff time and separate tools it replaces. If you'd rather not pay a fixed fee at all, ValueLodge runs it for you on a performance partnership fee instead.
What's the difference between ASPIXR and ValueLodge?
ASPIXR is the software you run yourself, with your AI team. ValueLodge is the done-for-you path: we set everything up, run distribution and day-to-day tech, and grow your OTA sales — for a performance fee instead of a fixed software bill. Same platform underneath.
Can I lock in today's rate?
Yes. Hotels that join during early access keep their onboarding rate as we grow. Onboarding slots this quarter are limited so we can set every hotel up properly — mention it on your demo.
