Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 28 July 2026

This policy is issued by WOLODGE Global Holdings LLC (“WOLODGE”, “we”) for the ASPIXR software platform and related payment services. It complements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. ASPIXR subscription (hotels paying WOLODGE)

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
  • You may cancel so the subscription ends at the current period end (no further charges). Access continues until that date unless payment fails and the account is suspended under our billing rules.
  • Cash refunds are issued only for documented billing errors or duplicate charges, after HQ finance review.
  • “Changed my mind” or unused software time does not create a cash refund right.

2. AI Credits / Work Packs

  • Work Pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are available in the wallet.
  • If WOLODGE approves an error/duplicate refund of a Work Pack payment, unused credits for that pack are removed before money is returned to the card.

3. Guest payments at hotels using ASPIXR (Stripe Connect)

When a hotel takes a guest card payment through ASPIXR Virtual Terminal, kiosk, or the hotel’s direct-booking website, the hotel is the merchant of record. Cancellation and refund rules for the stay follow that hotel’s rate plan and published guest policy. Refunds of card payments are processed to the original card through Stripe (and must keep the hotel folio in sync).

ASPIXR’s platform fee (about 1% where applicable) is adjusted according to our platform billing rules when a qualifying guest refund occurs.

4. ValueLodge Booking

Guest bookings paid on valuelodge.my are covered by the ValueLodge Refund & Cancellation Policy. WOLODGE is merchant of record for those payments.

5. Chargebacks

If you open a card dispute, we (or the hotel merchant, for Connect charges) will respond with booking and billing evidence. Unwarranted disputes may result in account review. Contact support before disputing so we can correct genuine errors quickly.
