Fair questions.
Can my accountant get the month?
Yes. The accountant pack downloads the month for each hotel as a CSV: profit by account code, unpaid bills, unpaid invoices and owner figures. It is not a tax filing.
Can I see all my hotels together?
Yes. Group hotels shows profit across the hotels in your account, read-only.
Who on my team can see profit?
Only the people you give finance access to. Staff do not get it by default. Ops & sales (sold, paid, outstanding, net, expense log) is open to everyone with access to the hotel; it needs no finance access.
Does it email me reports?
A weekly operations email to your organisation admins is built to send every Monday morning, with the exceptions for each hotel. Other reports are on screen.
Can owners see occupancy, ADR and RevPAR?
Not yet. An owner view with occupancy, ADR and RevPAR is planned. Today owners see their statements and payouts in the owner portal.
